The Oregon School Employees Association continues to provide a vast array of benefits to members. Over the years, benefits have been added, enhanced, and refined to give members access to affordable and quality benefits.

The OSEA Board of Directors has approved a new benefit to assist members with hearing health care. The EPIC Hearing Service Plan is a voluntary plan that simply coordinates access and reduces costs to quality hearing care professionals throughout the nation and the state of Oregon. The EPIC plan is a unique program that picks up those services and treatments that are not currently covered under major medical health plans; this primarily includes hearing diagnostics and hearing aids.
Through EPIC’s stringent professional review process, they assure access to the highest quality hearing care professionals. Also, EPIC has defined all costs as either fees for professional services and/or individualized costs for hearing aid technology.
